Regional Conferences for Top 25
Our agents are highly important to us. ARS understands the trials and tribulations associated with insurance sales, and wants to show our career agents how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication to the American Republic Career Sales organization.
To demonstrate our appreciation, ARS will be sponsoring specially designed regional conventions for the top 25 qualifying agents in each region during the months of June, July, and August 2006. Each convention will be in a fabulous luxury resort hotel (view locations).

East - NC, OH, SC and TN
Midwest - IA, IL, IN, MO, NE, ND and WI
West - AZ, CO, NM, OK and OR

The distribution is providing luxury room accommodations, opening night reception, daily breakfast, farewell banquet and entertainment, and spending money.
For those who qualify in 2006, we are throwing in an additional bonus.2007 convention credit!

That is right, it is time to relax in the sun and enjoy the landscape and beautiful beaches of Monterey , California . Our destination will be the Monterey Plaza Resort & Spa . Dramatically overlooking the Monterey Bay , the hotel combines elegant European architecture, wide-sweeping coastal views, and sophisticated style to create the perfect vantage point by which to enjoy the gentle sounds of surf, and the sight of sea otters at play.
In addition, if you qualify for the 2006 regional convention, you will carry over 10% premium credits towards the 2007 convention in Monterey . If excitement and relaxation are your favorite past times, you will not want to miss this wonderful opportunity. Here is how it works:
Qualification period
July 14, 2005 - March 15, 2006
Premium Requirements
Premium calculations include annualized issued and weighted premium.
• $100,000 (agents appointed September 15, and thereafter)
• $140,000 (standard room accommodations and $100 cash)
• $180,000 (standard room accommodations and $200 cash)
• $220,000 (upgraded room accommodations if available and $300 cash)
Quality Requirements
Qualifiers are required to have a 1.00 quality index, and a minimum taken rate of sixty-five (65) percent. The highest taken rate of the last three months will be used to determine qualification. Agency assistant sales managers, agency assistants, and associate sales managers are required to qualify as an agent.
