"My name is Michelle and I attended your Training Institute this past Thursday & Friday. I still cannot believe how much I truly enjoyed this training. I feel that I am ready to "go get 'em." Most importantly I NOW KNOW THAT I CAN . Thank you again."

| "I 'debriefed' my agents at the Training School on Friday. Their comments were interesting in that they had different backgrounds re. selling insurance. Usually you hear both positive and negative comments. I'm pleased to tell you that all were all 100% positive (and believe me, none would be afraid to tell me anything negative if that was how they felt).
Two common denominators among their comments were:
- They realized they were being professional visitors during their walk and talks instead of sales professionals.
- They liked your teachings re. handling objections.
Even the vets learned something as well. Alison Nocks told me she realized she stopped using her activity tracker and hence was not doing enough activity to generate the appointments necessary to achieve her 2005 income goal.
One other point I believe is extremely important. Implicit in their all their comments was appreciation to ARS for having a Training School and also the value it added to our agent program."

"I just wanted you to know how much my agents enjoyed the school. Some times I'm reluctant to ask agents their opinion for fear of getting a negative response but not this time, all 6 were very positive and got a lot out of the training. Two of my agents said that they have been in sales over 20 years and have attended many training schools and none of them were even close to yours.

I wished I could have stayed beyond 4:30 because you were really starting to roll on the annuities. I can see that annuities and LTC easily is a full day class."
